Store Update Information

We're delighted to announce we've recently updated and changed our shop platform, which will be a huge improvement for us and our customers.

We wanted the fastest, most rock-solid system for digital downloads, as well as the most secure payment processing for our customers - while adding new features (such as providing full online courses). It goes without saying that you all will still have access to any digital products you've bought from us in the past.

If you're a returning customer from before January 25th, 2024, there's a couple of things you need to know - if you're a new customer after this date, then you're already all set.

Account Activation

Your email and order history have already been moved across to the new shop platform, however - as a security measure for your data - you'll need to activate your account on the new shop. 

You should have already received an account activation email to do this. If you don't seem to have received the activation link, no problem - just drop us a message in the form below and we will take a look - just make sure you've checked your junk folder. (And as a thank you, everyone returning and activating their account will get a special discount.)

Ever need new product download links?

No problem! If you ever need new download links for any product you have already purchased, just make sure you have first activated your account as above, then drop us a quick message from the same email account and we will generate them for you. 

What's happening with the old shop format?

If you really need to, you can still access the old store with your old account until February 15th, 2024 at the old login screen here - after this date, the old shop will be completely turned off. We strongly recommend you move over to the new account straight away though!
